CUT TO | concept video contest
At wherewe CONNECT 25, dancer's created innovative concept videos during their time with us. These videos were choreographed, filmed, and edited by wherewe CONNECT dancers, leaving us inspired and full of ideas. We decided we needed more time to cook with this concept, and allow for more dancers to participate.

FALL 2025 | CUT TO | concept video contest.
HOW IT WORKS
01. Submit Your Idea: Form your team (1-10 ppl) and submit your unique concept by midnight, October 26th, 2025 (CST). Your submission should outline your video’s core idea, target audience, and any initial thoughts on execution, as well as the names and ages of all dancer's.

02. Mentorship Match: Once all ideas are reviewed, we’ll pair each team with a mentor whose expertise aligns with your concept. This mentor will guide you through the process with three Zoom meetings to help refine and develop your idea.

03. Video Production: Work with your mentor to bring your concept to life. All groups will film, and edit videos to be submitted by November 21st, 2025.

04. Winners Announced: We’ll review all submissions and announce the winners on November 23rd, 2025. Criteria for winning group will be emailed to all individuals at the time of the mentorship match.

Prizes
Grand Prize: All participants from the top group will be entered in a draw for a full scholarship to our exclusive wherewe CONNECT 7-day retreat in August 2026.
